Request an order cancellation
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@yetiyogi.com.
Please include your order number, full name, and the email address or phone number used at checkout so we can locate the order quickly.
Cancellation requests are reviewed based on the order’s processing and fulfilment status. If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.
If your order has already been delivered and you need to return an eligible item, please refer to our Refund Policy for the 7-day return conditions.
Important: Sending a cancellation request does not automatically cancel the order. We will confirm the cancellation after reviewing the order status.
