Orders & Delivery
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Free Shipping Above ₹999. Any shipping charge for an order not eligible for free shipping is shown at checkout before payment.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days and most orders are expected within 7 days of the order date. Delivery may vary by PIN code and courier serviceability.
How can I track my order?
Use the Track Order page. Tracking details are also shared after dispatch where tracking is available.
Can I cancel an order?
Submit a request through the Cancel Order page as early as possible. Cancellation cannot be guaranteed after dispatch.
Is Cash on Delivery available?
Cash on Delivery is available where supported and will appear as a payment option at checkout.
Returns & Refunds
What is the return window?
You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. The product must meet the eligibility conditions in our Refund Policy.
How do I request a return?
Email hello@yetiyogi.com with your order number and reason for return. Include clear photos for damaged, defective or incorrect products.
When will I receive my refund?
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after inspection. Bank processing time may be additional.
